The Nordic domain of Beldina extending between 1350 and 1450 meters above sea level, the Nordic domain of Beldina located in Prapoutel / les 7 Laux offers about fifteen kilometers of cross-country trails. 5 trails of different levels allow everyone to practice cross-country skiing according to their level.

1 green run “La carabistouille” offers a 3 km loop
1 light blue track of “La myrtillette” offers a 4.3 km loop
1 dark blue run of the “tour du pré de l’Arc” stretches over 5 km
1 red track “La Beldina” makes a loop of 6 km
1 black run “the Beldina challenge” offers a very short but more technical course

Pleynet high altitude white route
If the Pleynet altitude area only offers 3 km groomed for skating, the fact remains that it draws its interest from the beauty of its landscapes. Accessible from the Pincerie chairlift on the Pleynet / Les 7 Laux site, this white route allows you to ski at an altitude of 1950 m while enjoying an exceptional panorama.

The Nordic area: a unique place in Barioz
With a Nordic area ranging from 1450 to 1900 meters above sea level, the Barioz Nordic area awaits cross-country skiers at the Col du Barioz. This altitude site offers a 360° panorama and 50 km of slopes prepared for the practice of alternative skiing or skating. For those who like snowshoe outings, 8 km of marked routes are for hikers.
